Chef Rung Morgan's Isaan Thai cooking earned the James Beard Award for Best Chef Northeast in 2022. The menu centers on Northern Thai dishes, larb, papaya salad, and curries, served in the historic Kimball House in downtown Randolph. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially in summer.
