Chef Rung Morgan's Isaan Thai cooking earned the James Beard Award for Best Chef Northeast in 2022. The menu centers on Northern Thai dishes — larb, papaya salad, and curries — served in the historic Kimball House in downtown Randolph. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially in summer.

Oak & Iron — Steakhouse & Farm-to-Fork

An intimate 25-seat restaurant built around cast-iron cooking. The menu features Delmonico steaks, roast duck, lobster mac & cheese, and seasonal risotto, plus a wine and whiskey list. One of the newer additions to Randolph's dining scene. Reservations recommended given the small space.

Seasoned Skillet — Farm-to-Table Bistro

Opened in early 2026 by Nora Rice, co-author of the Vermont Farm to Table Cookbook. The menu features comfort food with global influences — butternut sage gratin, cider-braised pork shoulder, and maple bourbon crème brûlée among the early offerings. Live music one night a week. Beer and wine available; full bar planned.

Ales brewed with their own well water and brewery-grown hops. The food menu is fully vegetarian. In summer, they host concerts on the hillside next to the taproom. Same ownership family as Wee Bird Bagel in Randolph.
